Toulous Petit, a beautiful restaurant in Seattle, has alot going for it. The french food and clever drinks are delicious and beautifully prepared, the venue is intimate and sexy...
It's even named the 5th favourite restaurant in the USA, and 10th favourite in the world on TripAdvisor. The real value to be had is by dining tapas style on the happy hour menu where the selection is affordable, creative and most importantly, french. Expect to line up at 3:00 for a spot to get a seat in the lounge area.
If you book a reservation on Open Table you'll be seated in the 'dining room' and won't be allowed to order off the happy hour menu, instead you'll be choosing from the much more significantly pricey dinner menu.
I highly recommend it but suggest that Happy Hour is the only way to go especially if you want to try many different dishes.
