Cartems Donuterie: Review

by Ivy Haisell in Vancouver

Ever a source of temptation, Cartem's Donuterie became more so when it picked up and moved from the Downtown East Side and into the Downtown near my office.

Cartem's founded the creative donut scene in Vancouver with flavours, such as Earl Grey, Whiskey Bacon and Honey Parmesan, but where they really shine is when they with their classic flavours, like cinnamon sugar. Keeping it good by keeping it simple, just like mom.

Cartem's recently shared our post with this comment:

We may do some 'crazy' flavours, but our core, the dough, is made from less ingredients than you can count on both hands, and is always made completely from scratch. No preservatives, no stabilizers, no massive multi-syllabic words that we don't understand.

See? Mom would approve.
