Usually located in the South Hill neighbourhood, JJ's Trucketeria doesn't get into the downtown very often but we were treated to a rare appearance during the Street Food City. Their goal is to provide wholesome comfort food for the price of a cheeseburger.
The truck features Asian fusion food made with quality ingredients and is insanely cheap. The garlic fried rice plate seen above is only $7 . Don't act like you didn't totally drool when you saw the picture.
The menu changes according to the season but some things remain the same. Great prices, quality meat, and great food made with asian spices, homemade marinades.
