There are few things that beat juicy peaches, crisp asparagus and summer sweet corn but do you have a hard time figuring out when they are most affordable and tastiest? Plan your meals and canning schedule to this guide of seasonal local fruit and vegis by the BC Association for Farmer's Markets. Do the right fing! It's fresher, sweeter and all around better for you!
