The word is out, Earnest Ice cream seriously good. With a new shop on Fraser Street and a vast distribution network this small batch creamery is available to the starving masses.
My company brought our staff to the Betty on Burrard, a coffee shop inside the Burrard Inn with carefully curated treats such as the Vancouver Pie hole which keep Earnest Ice Cream in good company. We ordered a few flavours including Strawberry Rhubarb Oatmeal, Fresh Lemon, Milk Chocolate, and Mint Chip.. While Mint Choco is my least favourite ice cream flavour, the Mint Chip was a stand out.
