MMmm Aussie Pie!

by Ivy Haisell in Vancouver

Deliciously flakey crust with tender, savoury fillings. As good as I'd make it. No complaints.

Stopped by #Truckstop on Hastings and Grabbed some Aussie Pie Guy for Lunch... I could have been a good girl and just tried the chicken and mushroom but I also ordered the Apple Pie for a 3pm snack. Oh discipline, where are you?

They arrive onsite frozen, and the staff heat them up. Takes about 15 minutes so if they are out of the flavour you want, chances are you can still get it if you don't mind the wait. You might be disappointed by the size but once you bite into it you'll understand. It's all about execution.

There's "just" enough to feel full, but leave you wanting more.
