Special Beef Stew at Red Pagoda in the Central Business district. Lemongrass broth, huge chunks of carrot, braised tender beef brisket and a generous garnish of cilantro, Busy on weekday lunch hours. Family run. Yummy but terrible service due to it being very busy in bursts. Go with coworkers you don't need to impress.
