Timbertrain Coffee Review

by Ivy Haisell in Vancouver

If you haven't tried cold brew coffee yet, you have some catching up to do. Get your butt down to Timbertrain Coffee in Gastown to try the latest and greatest way to enjoy your java. Brewed with their own methodically roasted beans, Timbertrain coffee serves their cold coffee on tap from a beer keg. The result is a smooth, cold coffee with the frothy, clean texture of beer. It's unbelievably refreshing on a sweltering summer day. The brew can be served with different beans which will result in a different flavour profile.

Timbertrain is just around the corner from Revolver and the ultimate gentleman's General Store - Old Faithful. It has a bright, hip decor with friendly staff and tempting little waffles. Their house coffee is roasted from fresh green beans in Langley and is also available for purchase in the shop.

This is a charming little coffee shop that is worth a visit. It's still unknown but poised to be one of the best shops in Vancouver.
