Pike Place is the public market overlooking the water in Downtown Seattle, WA. John and I rarely make trips to Seattle but when we do, we like to pop in here to restock on artisan food, take in the bustling environment, and look at the old musky shops full of comics (for him) and antiques (for me).

When I began quilting, It wasn't long until my entry level Singer Sewing machine hit the crapper. After some research I learned that quilters covet the ever portable and beautifully made Singer Featherweight Sewing Machine. I had to have one.

Choosing a flavour is no easy feat. John ordered Stumptown Coffee and Burnside Bourbon, and I had Melon & Proscuitto. Why not, I figured - Proscuitto is practically bacon, and you _never_ say no to bacon.
